It's not the issue anymore I guess, because ABD CONNECT Edition Technology Preview was released, so it can be downloaded and tested, including underlying MicroStation functionality ... in fact I found out that e.g. some mesh tool enhancements are available in ABD CE TP version and not in MicroStation CE Update 3 itself, probably because ABD was released a bit later ;-)
