Reference Cell Level Colour

Microstation V8i (SS2) V - 08.11.07.443 Projectwise (SS2) V - 08.11.11.443

Hi Guys,

i have a cell located in one of my references. Using the level manager, i am trying to change the levl colour  of this cell to a colour block (pink) but turns out black and no overrides whatsoever is applied. Meanwhile, eachtime i use the PALETTE colours it works fine but not for the COLOUR BLOCKS.
