Bentley Systems does not provide any plugins that will import a DGN file into Revit. IFC is the recommended intermediate file format between AECOsim Building Designer and Revit since both applications support it, and it carries the most business data between the two. If needed, there is an "i-Model Plugin For Revit" on Bentley Systems' iWare page, but that is for exporting i-models from Revit for use in Bentley applications such AECOsim Building Designer : www.bentley.com/.../imodel+plugin+revit.htm
