Room spaces - Linked to windows/Doors

I have a client that has a series of rooms which will include doors and windows ie as image below.  They want to be able to create a space and link the windows and doors to the space/room.  Thus, when they generate a space schedule the corresponding doors/windows are or can be included in the scdedule.

Room N201 has 2 windows and 1 door

Room N202 has 1 window and 2 doors

Room N203 has 1 window and 1 door

.

At the moment they are labelling their doors and windows to use the room name, which is Ok but time consuming and can lead to errors.

Is this possible?
