About AECOsimBuilding Designer CE, How to remove the Alert"Setting file has been modified by another user.do you want to ... ... ?"

Hi,

When I create or open a DGN, the ABD(CE) always alerts me " Setting file has been modified by another user.do you want to backup your changes?"  

then I saved this change according the alert above , as the followings:

How to remove it?

Before, with ABD(V8i), according to the same workflow below, I customized my workspace, there was no Alert information!

before that above, I try to customize my workspace, so the "ABD_SE_WP_CE" workspace is firstly created, then creat the workset "SE_workset_1", the "SE_workset_1.cfg" is automatically created, but there is few content in "SE_workset_1.cfg",   so I copy "BuildingTemplate_US.cfg" , and rename it.

then Dataset_US folder is copied, and rename it with Dataset_Shipping Engineering, so I get my Datasets, then it is added into SE_workset_1.cfg.
