Open DrawingCells.cel cell library in your Cell folder of your dataset. Look for the Cell, Elevation Target. Place it and then modify or create a new Cell and replace that one, but keep the same name. Then it will immediately display in your elevation callouts after you exit AECOsim and re-open.
