Looks like Igor is busy elsewhere.
Have you tried using Revit ism plugin? Or exporting to dwg?
It seems like a lot of SR get stymied because the support guy can not replicate the problem.
I wonder if Bentley should provide a settings cloning tool as part its connect services.
