RE: levels and dgnlib

I have found the same thing it is really irritating
In the past this process was really easy and it was possible to set up many projects each using separate level structures

I think Bentley have realized that if the user cannot set up their project themselves they will have to pay a Bentley expert to do it for them
This problem is only one of many they seem unwilling to answer
