AECOsim-Installation Error

Hello,

I have been trying to install AECOsim Connect edition but when I run the extractor (abd100000154en.exe),

I always get the error message as the below picture even I've tried to run as administrator.

And sometime i also get  the error like this.

So, I used to install AECOsim V8i and it had no any problem but i already uninstalled it for a long time.

My operating system is Windows 7 SP1 (64bit).
