Unable to zoom in my file (Minimum Window) --- is there any workaround?

Hi all,

I have noticed that I cannot zoom in my file anymore, there is a limit and I get the error "Minimum Window".

I attach the file I want to zoom in, since it is difficult to snap in this complex geometry.

This file is referenced elsewhere so making a new file or scaling everything by 1000 are not reasonable answers or solutions. Yes I also know I am submitting a DWG file, but the issue seems to be the same if I save the file into DGN.

I tried to change the Advanced Unit Settings and increase the resolution (in DGN I am able to increase the resolution, in DWG changing the values has no effect) but still this does not solve the issue of the maximum I am allowed to zoom in the file.

I will attach the file in both DWG and DGN since I cannot zoom anymore in any of them. 

Is there any workaround for this issue or is this the actual limit Bentley Aecosim has?
