I had to reference additional design models to master design model AFTER creation of saved view and associated drawing model. In the master design model, and the subject saved view I can see the additional design models, but when I go down-stream to associated drawing model file, those additional references are not present in its reference back to master design model. Drawing model's (cached) reference Presentation's Synchronize View set at "All Settings". Changing this to other settings in Synchronize View appears to do nothing, even after reloading this reference. "Synchronize View" appears to be a misnomer.
