Different keyboard shortcut seeds for Building designer and microstation mode

Hi

We are using AECOsim building designer (blue icon) for all our 3D modeling, and after we've created a callout we use AECOsim in microstation mode (grey icon) for the 2D-parts with dimension and text.

I want to edit the keyboard shortcuts which I've done and set it as the seedfile with MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTSSEED. Now my problem is that I would like different seedfiles for when I start building designer and when I start it in microstation mode. Is there a way to get this done? (Both programs are reading from the same standards.cfg-file, same workset.cfg and so one.)
