Batch Processing Sync Cache Views

I'd like to run the delivered RefVisibleEdge_Sync.txt from the command line and there are 2 options both of which aren't syncing the views.

aecosimbuildingdesigner.exe -wabatchprocess "-i<directory>test.bprc"

msbatch batchprocess <directory>test.bprc

This is the log file
