Scale of cut pattern

Hi

Is there anyway to get the scale of the cut pattern from a callout to change with the scale of the drawing model scale? For instance, when I print a drawing in 1:200 and one in 1:10 on paper I want the distance of the prefabricated concretes crosshatch to measure around 20mm between lines on 1:10 and 400mm on 1:200. 

Or is the distance between the lines always going to be the same, no matter the scale of the drawing model?
