[OBD U5] Creating Custom drawing seed

Hi, 

I'm following the steps from here:

without any success.

1 - Started with Design model in DrawingSeed_General.dgnlib in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\Configuration\Datasets\Dataset_AU\Dgnlib

2 - Run Place Section Callout with the following setting:

3 - Define name as shown

4 - Save view created, just to sure that I'm working in a relevant dgnlib, I renamed the existing save view name from SectionViewSeed to SectionViewSeed_

5 - Switch to another test file, run place callout, and the TESTSECT drawing seed isn't listed. The modified drawing seed name is showing

So just wondering what am I missing? I've attached the result dgnlib here as well.
