Sorry about the confusion! In this image, the items outlined in green are English Language versions of ABD that include regional-specific datasets, while those in orange are actually translated to their respective languages and include matching datasets.
The "SG" in your case refers to the Singapore dataset. However, you can load any section shape file with any dataset. This Wiki article outlines the process for setting the default section(s):
