bolted (cut back) vs welded (to work point) stick lines

Hi there

please see attached a snapshot of a 2D stick plan drawing, as shown all members are bolted so have an offset form each beam connection. what do you do if:

1. one end of a beam is bolted and the other end is a  welded connection or

2. one of the beams needs to be full length (no cutbacks) while the other beams that connect are bolted which require the cutback
