Hi,
I am currently unable to print directly to our printers.
I can open the print dialog. But when I select a printer or plotter, I can't change the dropdown menu that says 'create plot file' to 'send to printer', it always jumps back to 'create plot file'. I can select 'create metafile', and I can print to pdf's, but the 'send to printer' is unselectable. This is across multiple computers with the same settings. It doesn't seem to matter if it is over a network, or if the laptop is directly connected to the printer.
Anybody any idea what could be the reason for this?

OpenBuildings Designer CONNNECT Edition Update 7 - Version 10.07.00.105
Printers tested:
hp designjet T1200PS HPGL2
hp laserjet 100color
xerox all-in-one laser printer
