Using projectwise, I have referenced a file into my dgn sheet which is in the "SHARED STATE'' i.e a third party file which I cannot edit but I actually intend to override some level colours in it. I have tried overrides but this is not working as the levels are greyed out in the level manager as shown in the snapshot below.
