I and a few other members of our company (using similar company laptops) have been having trouble taking sections using dynamic views. Everything displays as desired providing the output is not a "hole shape". for example cutting through a tube makes the section plane dissapear, but if I split the tube down the middle, the software has no troubles displaying the section.
Below i have provided a screenshot demonstrating the issue, I am also in contact with bentley directly but am yet to resolve the issue, i was hoping someone has encountered and fixed this problem before. The far right is the complete object and the middle object is my split workaround, moving the cutting plane down to the hole also makes the cut display (as this creates two separate regions)
