"DL=" Now Relative to AccuSnap Point in Ss6

In Ss6 there is an issue with the keyin "DL=", "DX=", etc. moving things relative to the accusnap tentative. (“Move”, “Copy”, or “Move Component” command etc etc).  …Considering the difference between a manual tentative(with mouse click), and an accusnap tentative(with the fly-over yellow “X”).  In Aecosim 747 and previous, "DL=" will only move a thing relative to the thing itself or to a manual tentative, and never relative to an accusnap tentative.  This allows you to let go of the mouse while your hands type the "DL=" keyin at the keyboard without worrying about where the mouse cursor ends up.  In AecoSim 863 and 866, "DL=" moves things relative to the accusnap tentative.  This removes that safety feature of letting go of the mouse to type at the keyboard.

Please restore this function as it worked in Aecosim 747. Please restore that saftey feature.
