I also don't know of any way to automate the process, but then again, I'm certainly no expert in batch processing/macros. But as another manual alternative I might suggest this:
- Open the master file where the Saved View definitions are stored
- Open the Saved View dialog
- Right-click and choose Properties
- Modify the rules as needed
- Close
- The next time you open the drawing you would need to use the Update From Saved View option (green arrow) so that the Drawing Model itself pulls in those changes.
I think this may be a little faster than choosing and applying the SV, opening View Attributes, switching to the Rules tab, making the change, then clicking OK. It's worth a try anyway!
