All our equipements (PC, printers, plotters,...) are connected to a 24-ports switch. By peer-to-peer i meant we don't have a server.
Our shared files are stored on a NAS Synology Drive (DS509+).
I will try the other points you mention (ECSschema_cache and User Docking and Panel Preferences).
But i still don't understand why when i launch AECOsim with BB_discipline=Microstation i still get all these Arch/Elec/Mech saved views. The surely explain the long delay for opening View Attributes
