Very briefly
In the 'drawing' you could temporarily reference in the grid (for plans anyway), then position the referenced DV relative to that, to get them 'coincident'
Or, potentially, in the Drawing Sheet, pick a 'set point' say 10 cm horizontal and vertical from the bottom left hand corner for example.
Copy this point (or line) in to every sheet, then each time you place a plan drawing on the sheet, you use that 'set point' as the insertion point. Say the bottom left hand corner of the building or something like that.
Bit of drag having to do that, but potentially quicker than having to redo a whole load of DVs + Drawings
