ABD SS6 - mechanical annotations

Hello,

I find a problem with annotations for mechanical part and for ventillation ductwork. I have checked almost every topic on this forum but I couldn't find an aswer. What I need to have in a drawing is dimension and top of a duct. I set it in drawing rules and it appears in a form which is not acceptable for me and I want to change it (see pic). I want to change dimension from "10cm" to "100" and top from "0m-5.0cm" to "TOB=0,50". Does anyone know how I can do it?

Another issue is how program knows "top of duct" value?Is there any path or file which is accountable for this. When I modify ducts there is no such information in a data. I can check it in a model only by measuring distance from top of duct and level set in floor master. Of course I can use duct offset and check this value but I have also found that even when I draw without it program "knows" a top of duct value

And the last issue is that I don't know how to change annotation type when I use "Add/Move HVAC label" tool. I want it to show me a top of a duct but now it shows me only a dimensions. Where I can change it?
