This isnt specific to one slab or file. It is completely random. I've found that in some cases after the hatch has disappeared if i go to the container file from where the DV is created and remove and re-attach the relevant file then this solves the problem but not always. I currently have a case where the cut fills show in the original file but not in any file it is referenced into even though all other cut fills for other files referenced in do.
