We are doing a couple of airports and AECOsim was dropped straight away. I don't know whether you use Revit or not but Revit can handle landscapes pretty well (it can import LandXML files and create landscape using the Toposurface).

It can also import GIS Data from AutoCAD Civil 3D info.. www.youtube.com/watch
Bentley needs to let people know they are there and not hide under a rock and wait to get discovered. Bentley has never really advertised its products which makes them unknown to the world.
Oh and... even AECOsim can't handle big files, the more data you add the heavier and unworkable your file gets. If I give you one job to do, you will do it quickly if I start adding more jobs, you will struggle.....sooo the Hypermodeling stuff won't really do magic.
