So we are using SS6 and most things are fine, but if we are to "Close" a file and then go to open another file, even the same file again, MS hangs for some time, sometimes up to 10 minutes if left, but most users get impatient, force close the program and restart MS and open the file from fresh. In this process, if you was to change the project directory at the navigation page, the wait for the file to open is almost infinite, sometimes can be left opening overnight and it still doesn't open.
Its almost it stuck on reading or writing something?
Could this be a licencing issue within the program, as I know here we have a Connect "log in" page that doesn't go away, or accept any log ins at all. We have to close it manually and ignore it, I know this issue isn't confined to us, and heard this issue at other companies.
Does anyone at Bentley have any light on these subjects, would be nice to be able to change files and projects without MS freezing on us every-time.
