Rodger, AECOsim Building Designer and MicroStation load into different directory structures and should not be linked in any way besides some shared library files. I don't see how reloading MicroStation...

I'm sure it depends on what they do...but AECOsim Building Designer is built on Bentley's Power Platform which should include any and all MicroStation commands.
