Dynamic Views - True Sections

It there a way to create a true section with Dynamic Views?  Similar to a Civil profile where the length of your section line in the same length as the Section view.  Instead of looking in one direction the view always looks the direction of the section line.

I have some channels with bends modeled and I would like to show a section view along the centerline of the channel of the entire channel.
